This was our grandmother Gipsy’s home for many years—a place made for unhurried mornings, open doors, and coming back again.

We have kept the spirit of her place: personal, comfortable, and wonderfully unfussy. Warm tile, white linen, well-loved pieces, and simple mid-century wood give the condo its quiet character.

It is not an anonymous hotel room, and it is not directly oceanfront. It is a real Honolulu home, tucked into the Gold Coast with glimpses of the Pacific and Diamond Head in all the right places.

The quieter edge
of Waikīkī.

The Gold Coast sits at the foot of Diamond Head, where Kapiʻolani Park meets the sea. Close enough to walk into Waikīkī, but with a slower, residential feeling all its own.
